Victor received his law degree from Northwestern University in Chicago. He practiced corporate and securities law at a large firm in Chicago before he moved in-house serving as General Counsel to several companies, most notable over 23 years with LKQ Corporation, a publicly traded S&P 500 company with over $13 billion in revenue.
